Quality of Training
Comdex Training (hereafter “we”) shall strive to provide the highest quality training to its students. All instructors shall be subject matter experts and possess the necessary qualifications to provide instruction.
 

Honesty and Integrity
We shall operate with honesty and integrity at all times. All representations made to students regarding the training provided shall be truthful and accurate.
 

Confidentiality
We shall respect the confidentiality of its students and shall not disclose any personal information without their explicit consent.
 

Respect for Diversity
We shall foster an environment of respect and diversity. Discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability or any other status protected by law shall not be tolerated.
 

Workplace Safety
We shall prioritise the safety of its employees and students. The company shall comply with all relevant safety regulations and provide a safe working and learning environment.
 

Professional Conduct
We shall maintain the highest professional standards. All employees shall conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
 

Conflict of Interest
We shall avoid conflicts of interest that may compromise its integrity. Employees shall not engage in any activities that may create a conflict of interest or the appearance of impropriety.

Compliance with Australian Laws and Regulations
We shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. All employees shall be aware of and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibility to Society
We shall recognise its responsibility to society and shall operate in a socially responsible manner. We shall actively participate in activities that benefit society and shall endeavor to minimise any negative impact its operations may have on society.
 

Continuous Improvement
We shall continually strive to improve its operations, the quality of its training, and the safety of its employees and students. All employees shall be encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
 

Ethical Leadership
We shall provide ethical leadership and set an example for all employees. All employees shall be expected to adhere to the Code of Ethics and conduct themselves in an ethical manner, including prioritising workplace safety.
 

Acknowledgment of Traditional Owners
We acknowledge and pay respect to the traditional owners and custodians of the land, seas, and waterways throughout Australia, and recognises their continuing connection to land, culture, and community.

Comdex Training shall periodically review and revise this Code of Ethics as necessary to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
